[Kute] Write a build script for backend server

Sustainable Computing Research Group (SCoRe)

There are some initial prerequisites and configurations to be done in order to run the Kute backend server. Go through the backend server's developer guide and write a build script to configure the backend server. Make a pull request with the build script and any other required files (if there are any) to the Kute GitHub repository. Comment the PR link here.
