Currently, 404 page not found errors in OpenMRS lead to the default apache error page. For the OpenMRS reference application, we'd like to design a more informative error page. Using a UI designer tool of your choice, design a informative error page that could be used in reference application. Submit your design as an html code file.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

1. Your design needs to adhere to the design theme currently seen in OpenMRS - the color palette, fonts, icons, and other UI elements such as buttons need to be consistent with the existing design theme.
2. A certain level of professionalism is expected in the design. Try not to be too abstract or too cartoonish.
3. Design takes time and collaboration. Feedback helps to improve your understanding on what's expected, and in turn the design.

This must be original work and must be in your own words. Any assets you use must be Creative Commons and attributed accordingly, or be your own original work.
