Make arc cycles in ud-annotatrix appear in red

UD annotatrix now contains code for detecting arc cycles. https://github.com/jonorthwash/ud-annotatrix/pull/192

The next step is to make the arcs appear in red, so when a cycle is detected the arcs should appear in red, kind of like when you try to attach a node to punctuation.
