Hard: Implement -out=spupng for teletext
spupng is a bitmap based output. We use it for DVB, because DVB is also bitmap based so what we do is "just" export the DVB bitmaps.
What we currently cannot do is export bitmaps if the source is text, such as teletext.
Your job is to implement this specific combination. Input: Teletext Output: spupng
