CCExtractor offers many options that our users can use to customise/modify the output of the extracted captions format.

One of them is an option called delay: For srt/sami/webvtt, add this number of milliseconds to all times. For example, -delay 400 makes subtitles appear 400ms late. You can also use negative numbers to make subs appear early.

According to the report, using this option is not working as expected. The reported uploaded a .ts file, but we suspect (after brief inspection of the issue) that it applies to all files.

We expect you to find out how the parameter is set, and if you can find an issue with the code. If you find one, we expect that you open up a Pull Request detailing what was wrong, and how you fixed it (plus the fixed code of course!)
