Description
When the GRASS GIS Graphical User Interface (GUI) starts, there is an image including GRASS logo and text (https://trac.osgeo.org/grass/browser/grass/trunk/gui/images/splash_screen.png). Using open sorce fonts, create a new splash screen for GRASS GIS GUI start.
