Install MS4W (MapServer for Windows) on a Windows machine, and take screenshot.

• MS4W homepage: http://ms4w.com
• Use the *setup.exe installer
• Install at the root of your drive (e.g. C:/ or D:/)
• After installing, click on the shortcut on your desktop named "MS4W-Localhost" (which should open your browser to the MS4W local page)
• Also, click on the shortcut on your desktop named "MS4W-Shell", and execute the following inside that shell window:
  • setenv.bat
  • mapserv -v
  • type your name in the command window after the mapserv command, to prove that this is your screenshot
• take a screenshot of the command window overlayed on top of the MS4W browser page
