Add a proper makefile

Add proper MIT license header to each source code file.

Add a proper .rdef file

Add a README.md, no screenshot needed unless game is working.

After you complete all this and get it building, test the app and open new issue for any bugs you might run into, such as song directories not working, etc.

Submit pull request for fixes on https://github.com/HaikuArchives/GuitarMaster, once those are accepted, submit a pull request for the updated recipe.

Once the second pull request is submitted, submit the URL to it as your work for this task.
