Weather: deskbar replicant support
Weather is an application to show weather forecast. It was developed by Google Code-In contestants in previous editions.
The goal of this task is to make it possible to install it in the deskbar. The deskbar replicant should show just the icon of the current weather, with the details in a tooltip. Clicking on it should open the main application.
