Fix 3 recipes that are currently marked as broken on x86_64

Some of the Haikuports recipes have been tested and found to not be working on x86_64. This task it to figure out and fix them so that they build and work on x86_64.

The issues are likely to be similar, so once you learn the trick to fixing one, the next one will be a bit easier.
