Html-tools: Chained translation support

Apertium

Apertium Html-tools is a web application providing a fully localised interface for text/document translation, analysis, and generation powered by Apertium.

This task is to add support for APy's new chained translation functionality issue. Please use the standard Bootstrap components when implementing this. With regards to implementation, fork apertium-html-tools and send a PR when you're done. Refer to apertium.org and turkic.apertium.org to check out working deployments of Html-tools.
