You should find all the help you need in the video and the 2 links above. The process is the same as shown in the older video. In a nutshell, you need an OpenMRS developer's setup installed. After that, the dependencies for the Cohort Module are the HTML Form Entry and REST Webservices Module. You simply need to add these 3 modules to the 'Modules' folder of your OpenMRS setup, login and you should be able to see Cohort Module shown in the administration setup.
