Microsoft Azure is an open, flexible, enterprise-grade cloud computing platform. For this task, create an Azure account (free), and install OpenMRS upon it.
Once you have done so, provide a short report (200-300 words) on installation steps, problems encountered and how they were fixed.
Also provide links to access your instance together with screenshots.
