KDE
Build KStars on a Linux distribution
KStars is a high quality planetarium program and at the same time a very powerful astronomy tool provided by the KDE Community. It is a free open-source software able to provide an accurate graphical representation of the night sky, from any location on Earth, at any date and time. The display includes up to 100 million stars with additional add-ons, 13000+ deep sky objects, constellations, star clusters, nebulae, galaxies, all planets, the Sun and Moon, and thousands of comets and asteroids. This task aims you to build KStars sources on a Linux distribution. We recommend you use Kubuntu or KDE neon to build in.
