kdevelop.org: Implement a tab bar for the download section
Krita already has it: https://krita.org/en/download/krita-desktop/
On krita.org: The OS is auto-detected via JavaScript, the download for the current OS is pre-selected.
We'd like to have something similar for kdevelop.org's download page: https://www.kdevelop.org/download
Just copy the HTML code from kdevelop.org/download & play around with it on https://jsfiddle.net/. Reusing code from krita.org for the tab bar is okay.
