Write a "light" environment setup guide
The Preparing an Engine Workspace article is a nice tutorial on setting up and running Terasology from source. However, it might be a little too complicated for some contributors: with GitHub's web interface and desktop client being fairly mature, not all contributors will want or need a full Git-linked local workspace. An article on contributing to Terasology without requiring a local workspace would be a nice addition to the project's wiki.
Definition of 'Done'
- A wiki page is created describing features of the GitHub web interface. It should mention adding and editing files, as well as creating forks, branches and pull requests.
- A wiki page is created describing the above, but done through the GitHub desktop client.
Where to start?
- Check out the Development Setup page to get a basic understanding of the wiki layout.
- Reference resources include the GitHub Desktop Client and GitHub Workflow in the Browser articles.
