Special:Newsletters and Newsletter details page could provide an explanation to anonymous users
This task is about the Newsletter extension.
Currently http://newsletter-test.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:Newsletters or the page with the details of a newsletter (i.e. http://newsletter-test.wmflabs.org/wiki/Newsletter:CustomOne) show actions to logged-in users, but don't provide any hints to anonymous users.
What about a single sentence in both pages saying (if possible, only to anonymous users):
You need to be <link>logged in</link> in order to subscribe to newsletters.
