The new /unsubmitted_courses path on the dashboard shows a list of courses, rendered using a shared html template for each row (representing a single course).

A new, forked version of this row template should be created, and it should include the creation date, so that it's easy to see when each course in the list was created.

A test should also be written to demonstrate that the creation date is being rendered.
