Add introduction to Special:Newsletters and shorten the subscribe and unsubscribe dialogues
This task is about the MediaWiki Newsletter extension.
Add an intro dialog: "This is a list of newsletters registered to this wiki. Subscribe to a newsletter to receive a notification when a new issue is announced. You will receive notifications via web or email, according to your .". Shorten the subscribe dialogue to "You have subscribed to (Newsletter name)" and unsubscribe dialogue to "You are no longer a subscriber of (Newsletter name)".
