Fix the wrong Return-To URL in Special:Newsletter/xx/unsubscribe
Steps to reproduce:
- Install Newsletter Extension in your development environment, and go to Special:Newsletters
- Create a newsletter Foo
- Click on unsubscribe button from the newsletter page
- The message should be Return to Newsletter:Foo.
You are expected to provide a patch in Wikimedia Gerrit.
