Fix that Special:MovePage ends up in a fatal error for Newsletters:Foo

This task is about the Newsletter extension.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a new newsletter using Special:CreateNewsletter
On the right top, use the dropdown to select 'Move' and give a new location to Newsletter:Foobar
On submit, see this message coming up:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getSubscriberCount() on null in /var/www/core/core/extensions/Newsletter/includes/content/NewsletterContent.php on line 165
