Fix Mediawiki maintenance script protect.php to use parameters --user and --reason
In this task you will make a two-line change to fix a bug with the protect.php maintenance script in Mediawiki.
Usernames passed to maintenance/protect.php via --user or -u are ignored and replaced by default "maintenance script", same for --reason and -r (which is always left empty).
