Wiki Ed Dashboard: Assigned articles that do not exist should have a different rating icon than 'unrated'

Find a new freely licensed icon, or create one, for indicating an article that has not bee rated on Wikipedia. Then use it in place of the unrated icon in the Articles list on a course page.
