Wiki Ed Dashboard: on Windows, beginning setting up a development environment and document where you get stuck
The documentation for setting up a development environment covers Mac and Linux, but not Windows. We don't know what is different, and what is hard or impossible, about setting it up for Windows.
Begin setting up a development environment in Windows, following the main instructions: https://github.com/WikiEducationFoundation/WikiEduDashboard/blob/master/docs/setup.md
Get as far as you can, documenting precisely any differences from the instructions or any additional steps you need to take to proceed. If/when you cannot get any further, add a comment on the GitHub issue with your documentation of the Windows-specific differences in the setup process up to the point where you got stuck, along with a description of what you are stuck on and what you tried to get unstuck.
