This task is about the Newsletter Extension and would be one of the most easy one.

The things are straightforward, you have to remove the function starting at https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-Newsletter/blob/master/includes/specials/SpecialNewsletter.php#L194, and see if something breaks somewhere.
