Your task is to address two issues in the Babel extension (this extension produces "Babel boxes" indicating levels of language proficiency, like the one here):

1. Make it so that new categories created by Babel AutoCreate are categorised appropriately. The language-level categories should be categorised into the relevant langauge category, while the language categories should be categorised into a main category (we'll need to discuss what that main category should be).
