Mifos X asked to attach staff every time when we create Center, Group and Client even at the time of loan creation. This leads to confusion and enhances the error like different staff is associated with the client in center, group and loan. Once the staff is associated with center it automatically assigns with all processes related to the center and displays the staff's name as read only.
