Creating employee Joining Date Mandatory
When creating an employee from the organisation view the Joined date is not mandatory we need to provide an asterik mark and validation through java script or maybe HTML code reason behind why joined date of an employee . it should be mandatory because employee joins their employer on certain date which every FI records and without you should be not able to track employee date.
