Create a "how to" for analysing files and submitting to AcousticBrainz
We currently have a number of how to’s, but none of them cover analysing files and submitting those analyses to AcousticBrainz.
Look at the current how to’s for ideas on how to structure this article and write the article as a subpage for your wiki user (ie., https://wiki.musicbrainz.org/User:{your_username}/{sub-page_name}).
