Project: Create a reading list doc.
A lot of interesting resources have been posted in the reading list topic on Zulip.
Create a list of the resources with sections and appropriate headings (e.g. Python, testing, JavaScript) as a document in the docs directory.
Create a pull request with the doc in the zulip/zulip repository. Before submitting the task for review, please:
- make sure the document is rendering as expected
- double-check your grammar and spelling (remember Zulip uses American English spelling)
- make lines <= 76 characters long
- check that all the links are working
