There's a tool called vagrant that is used to create development environment. The idea behind is that once you have a vagrant file created you can have a correct development environment ready in seconds, so whenever a new developer wants to join a project he can just get the vagrant file instead of setting everything up from scratch. This also helps with the usual “It works for me!” reply when someone reports an issue. The task is of course build a Vagrant file.
