In DVB we get the best results with

-ignoreptsjumps -dvbcolor

so let's make those the default, and add the counterparts

-fixptsjumps (which would just enable the current behavior) and -nodvbcolor (which would just disable colors, same as we have now by default)

But leave the current options anyway (even if they are the default) so we don't break scripts that have them.
