Red Hen, a sister organization of CCExtractor, has a system which generates visual labels from news videos. For example, it automatically detects that in a particular video at a time of 2 minutes and 30 seconds, there is a news reporter shot with 3 people in the shot and the scene looks outdoor and has natural lighting.

The task here is to take as input a timed text file containing descriptions of various attributes of the video (scene type, object information etc) and create a webpage on which the video plays and the corresponding information for each frame in the video is displayed alongside it.

Both the text and video files will be provided.
