-multiprogram makes CCExtractor process all programs inside a multiprogram .ts. Without it (or with -autoprogram), CCExtractor will extract the subtitles of the first program it finds that has them. Anyway due to some late changes, -multiprogram doesn't work. The job is to 1) Solve the crash, obviously 2) Verify that subtitles are extracted, in sync, for all programs

Use the file multiprogram_spain.ts as reference. That file contains programs with audio only (radio stations) which is also a good test.
