We are creating a web service that can display captions from TV channels in real-time. Besides that users have an ability to download the captions they need. To help them with further processing we are also creating a feature to edit caption before downloading. It includes removing/adding caption lines, changing and synchronizing times, changing captions’ text. We have created UI sketch for this, so your task will be to create a web page with javascript plugin implementing this feature.
