Accurately choose min_pts from the video stream based on GOP for subtitles in non-video PES (such as DVB or teletext)
Use existing code if possible (probably you just need to pass the PES to an existing function). Keep in mind that we have MPEG-2 video and AVC (H.264) video streams. There's code that deals with both, but it's separate, so yours has to keep that in mind.
