CCExtractor Development
Solve the dependency hell in Windows once and for all
We need to get a minimal but functional set of DLLs (or build statically, or whatever) that ensures that the full CCExtractor can run on any Windows from XP up.
It must run without any VS installed.
No debug libraries should be needed as part of the distribution package.
