A task that includes a few microtasks:

1) Merge all actitivity downloaders into one program. Make it modular though, so it's easy to add new stream platforms. 2) Allow to pass all parameters via command line. I don't mean force to pass them, but allow to do so, for example 3) Write documentation in ccextractor.org (contact Carlos to get login info)

When not present read from config file. If the password is passed empty (--password=) or is not present in the config file, ask for it and read from stdin (but don't echo, of course).
