Write a lesson plan that incorporates one or more Sugar activities.The lesson plan should include:

1. Age/grade level(s)
2. What are the skills being taught?
3. Objectives, such as "What will the students know by the end of the lesson?" and "What will they do to learn it?"
4. A summary of the lesson flow.
5. An instructional sequence, i.e, Step 1, Step 2, ... along with an assessment criteria for each step.
