Current sugarizer website [1] is using different index.html files for different languages (you can find source here [2]). Your task is to make website more dynamic and use translated strings instead of using multiple index pages.

You can do this task in many ways, you can use any tool in which you feel comfortable and please don't bother to ask questions before starting work.
