Change pastebin uploading code to use XEP-0363
Last year a Google Code-in student implemented support for uploading code to a pastebin and sending a link to that paste in chat. This used a custom webapp to support uploading.
Since then, XEP-0363 has become the standard way to attach files to chat. Update the current pastebin code to use XEP-0363 instead of our webapp.
