Simple Definition:

We can have duplicate names in VMS. There should be a check during event creation and editing to ensure that the names are unique in order to avoid unnecessary confusion.

Steps to Take:

• Create a new branch in your fork to solve this issue.
• Setup VMS and explore the application
• Reproduce #329 issue, reported on github.
• Fix the code.
• Push all the changes to your new branch and create a pull request
