Bug: Discrepancy in same model fields between volunteer and other models. [VMS]

Prerequisites:

Python, Django, Set up VMS

What to do:

The model fields are inconsistent in volunteer and other models. This should be fixed.

Steps to Take:

Create a new branch in your fork to solve this issue.
Setup VMS and explore the application
Reproduce #273 issue, reported on github.
Fix the code.
Push all the changes to your new branch and create a pull request
