Simple Definition:

After a shift is assigned to multiple volunteers in VMS, it is possible to update the max volunteers field for that shift with a number lesser than that of the assigned volunteers. While editing the field, there should be a check to ensure that number of assigned volunteers is not out of range.

Steps to Take:

• Create a new branch in your fork to solve this issue.
• Setup VMS and explore the application
• Reproduce #392 issue, reported on github.
• Fix the code.
• Push all the changes to your new branch and create a pull request
