Google Code-in

Objective

Sharing ideas, knowledge and projects is important in the Open Source community. This task is about getting started to blog as a means of communicating with the community. Please create a blog, add "About Me" page, add details about yourself and your school along with photographs. Also, write a blog post about how did you come to know about GCI & what inspired you to participate in Google Code-In.

Requirements

1. Create a blog on Edublogs (http://edublogs.org) or http://Wordpress.com
2. Create “About Me” page and add details about yourself and your school along with photographs
3. Write a blog post about how did you come to know about GCI and what inspired you to participate in Google Code-In
4. Add links to “FOSSASIA” (http://fossasia.org) and the “GCI” page of students (http://gci15.fossasia.org) in the blog
5. Add images, photos or videos to the blog about yourself or anything related to Open Source
6. Share a link to your blog on twitter or Facebook

Expected Outcome

• blog with "About Me" page
• blog post about the experience joining FOSSASIA
• site with links to Google Code-In student website (http://gci15.fossasia.org) and FOSSASIA (http://fossasia.org)
• provide a link to a tweet or Facebook post (or other social network) about the task, post could be like e.g. "Joining the #FOSSASIA #OpenSource community with #GCI. My blog post here http://blog-link-here @fossasia @hpdang"
