We at FOSSASIA are promoting FOSS in Education at various levels. Our volunteers have initiated a task of spreading awareness about Free and Open Source Software in rural India and various other places. For this purpose posters can be a very useful way of introducing and promoting FOSSASIA among young students.

This task is an opportunity for young students to contribute and be a part of this movement. The selected posters will be printed and displayed at various places by FOSSASIA volunteers.

LibreOffice is one of the powerful office suite available from the FOSS world. It has Writer, the word processor, Calc, the spreadsheet application, Impress, the presentation engine, Draw, for drawing and flowcharting application, Base, for database and database frontend, and Math for editing mathematics. Use Free and Open Source Software like Libre Office, Inkscape, Gimp etc... Poster should be of A3 size and upload editable file. Poster should highlight the use of Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw, Base and Math. Advantages over closed/Proprietary software Add link to FOSSASIA at the bottom
