[Marble] Add QML scroll indicators to Marble Maps (Android)

This task belongs to the Marble Project, where a new Android app is created and will have its first release soon. Be part of our team and contribute to an OpenStreetMap based navigation software with an easy-to-use user interface and beautiful vector maps.

Task Description

Please complete the task [Marble] Build Marble Maps for Android before claiming this one.

Some parts of the user interface of Marble Maps can be scrolled, e.g. the list of search results or the list of waypoints of a route. Currently there is no scroll indicator which gives a hint which part of the list (the top, middle, bottom...) is currently being displayed. See this video to get an idea how a scroll indicator could look like.

To complete this task, create a QML element that can be attached to flickable elements and assign it to the lists Marble Maps uses. Make sure to read T800 for implementation details.
