VMS-Prereq_01 Setting up a development environment for VMS (Part 1)
Setting up a development environment is a necessary step for completing coding tasks for the VMS project. The project has documentation to walk you step by step through the process of installing.
Task
- Go to the Installation Guide at https://vms.readthedocs.org/en/latest/Installation Guide/
- Read the documentation and complete steps 1 to 6.
- Consult with the GCI mentors if you run into difficulty or have questions.
Task completion
To complete this task, you must submit a screenshot of each step of the installation project. You will be submitting 6 screenshots (one for each step). Each screenshot should show the installation step and its result.
