PRTL 06- Check the project setup on Windows OS
We have provided the instructions for setup of Systers Portal on Unix-like systems. We would like to check if the same instructions apply for Windows system. It is required to have Windows installed on your machine (please specify what version do you have) and follow the project setup steps. If the differences are major, it would be nice to have as end-result a documentation page with local setup of Systers Portal on Windows. The documentation is written using Sphinx.
