Install PCSA app on your Android phone/ emulator and send screenshots. Go to various screens of the app and send a document full of screenshots. If you have any trouble opening certain screens, tell where it failed in your document. The code is available at GitHub repo at https://github.com/systers/PCSA/. If you are not familiar with GitHub, you can download the zip file and import the project to Android Studio directly. If you need help/clarifications, contact the mentor. You need to suggest at least one possible improvement to the app. You do not have to implement the feature that you suggest, but you have to give reasons why you think it is necessary.
